How do I customize my order?
— Put your order details in the Personalization Box, following the instructions in each listing’s product description or engraving chart.
— To upload a picture for handwritten jewelry, you can send us a message with your pictures attached after you submit your order.

What is your jewelry made of? Can you make the jewelry in solid gold?
— Silver Jewelry: made of 100% recycled sterling silver 925.
— Gold Jewelry: uses sterling silver as a base and is plated with thick 18-karat gold vermeil.
— Rose Gold Jewelry: uses sterling silver as a base and is plated with an 18-karat rose gold overtop.
— Vermeil is nickel-free and perfect for those with metal allergies.
— Solid gold is not yet available at the moment.

How should I take care of my jewelry?
— We recommend removing your jewelry when you anticipate water-contact, sweating, or contact with cleaning products.
— Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams and body products directly onto your jewelry.
— Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in a pouch or a soft-lined box. Avoid leaving your jewelry out in extreme temperatures, humidity, or sunlight.
— When getting dressed, put your jewelry on last, and take it off first when undressing.
— Avoid hard contact with tables or doors, which could cause scratching or tarnishing.

What is my ring size?
— We make rings in standard US ring sizes. Please go to www.ringsizes.co for the full size chart.
— You can find your ring size by measuring the inside diameter of a ring you currently own and using a Digital Ruler, then comparing the measurement to the size chart.

What is your warranty policy?
— 6 months from the delivery date.
— Our warranty covers any damage or order mistakes on our end, including issues like placement errors, missing parts, incorrect spelling, etc.
— Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What is your cancellation policy?
— We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
— Any time after 24 hours, we will charge a materials fee of 30% of the total of your order.
